Which rose bushes have leaves that remain evergreen year round?

I am looking for a rose bush whose leaves will remain green all year. I don't want to end up with just sticks in my garden where a beautiful rose bush once was.

i am not aware of any deciduous plant that retains its leaves in the winter. rose leaves should be removed by hand in the winter to prevent disease.if they don,t fall off on their own.....
