Was Rose, in the movie Titanic, a virgin?

Obviously after the car scene, she isn't. I'm asking about the beginning. In the beginning, Cal tells her (before he gives her the Heart of the Ocean), "I wish you had come to me last night." This, to me, seems to imply that they had already been together, though it was a much worse social taboo than it is today (they were still unmarried at that point). In one of the deleted scenes, however, he notes that he knowns when he lies down in the sheets, he will "still be the first" - the way that scene is carried out, it's an innuendo directed at Rose. This can be taken two ways - that he already was the first, or that he will be the first. So, had they slept together yet? (Maybe this is why Rose felt even more trapped in the situation she was in?)

Random question. I was reading movie trivia today, and this was an FAQ on imdb. =)

Was Rose, in the movie Titanic, a virgin?
I always assumed no, because there's a line Cal says at some point in the movie about how she is his wife, "in practice if not by law," or something to that effect. So I assumed that she and Cal slept together.
Reply:I think she was

and may I say her breasts looked spectacular
Reply:tricky question, i appreciate ur logic

but i think she was a virgin till the car scene

tell me why are u so worried about her virginity??

bolo bolo
Reply:Well, in the beginning she starts out as an old woman with a family already.

But no, she had already done the rich guy or he wouldnt have given up the Heart of the Ocean.
Reply:Wait i change my answer lol

Leonardo was her first because through out the movie cal is constanly pressureing her to do the deed with him. and i think she choose leonardo over cal because she loved him and cal was only a good investment to her. so im pretty sure Leonardo was her first aka jack because that would have made the relationship more special!
Reply:Who gives a sh*t?! That movie, to me and many others who actually have a heart for the many people who died on that ship (you can actually say that many of those people were murdered due a screwed-up social hierarchy) was just another way to sucker this idiotic consumer nation into buying into (not the true story) an over-priced shitty-chick flick. Don't get me wrong...I also enjoy the occasional romance movie with my girlfriend. But Hollywood went overboard (literally) on this one. The true story is that many people who lacked a certain financial backing suffered and drowned, because a**holes who felt that they were superior wouldn't permit them to cross into the areas where the rich douchebags stayed, which were the same areas that led to a possibility of survival. No...they weren't given a chance. Now, our generation, which has been raised in complete comfort refuses to put forth any effort to relate to these people's hardship, so instead, we assist big business in exploiting this tragedy, and try to make ourselves feel like experts because we supposedly know if Rose (who is a fictional character) has taken c o c k or not. Again, I say, who gives a sh*t?! Because of people like you, Hollywood has once again substituted historical fact to please the common consumer-drone and made blood-money off of those who died.

Reply:i am going to say she was not a virgin...she seemed comfortable while posing for leonardos drawing and while being with him in the car so i think with cals comment and her comfort, that she was not a virgin with jack
Reply:I don't know, but you know what the best scene in the whole movie was? It was when the boat split in half and that guy goes falling toward the propeller "Bing!" Best scene in the whole movie.
Reply:Since Virgins are from Virginia, im going to have to say no.
Reply:The car scene was her first ............
