I have one climbing rose bush on the north side of my house. After 3 years, I still do not have a rose.?

I done all that I was supposed to when I planted the rose bush.I prune each year and feed as I should. But, after 3 years, same ole thing, it turns green, climbs up my t.v. antenna, but does not produce roses. I have 2 different rose bushes on the other side of the house and they both produce roses each year.If I can't get a couple of good answers, I'll just dig it up. Thanks

it needs to be moved to a sunny spot. however you do not want to prune it right now, that will only invite diseases and pests to kill it. you can trim the top some and move it now if you want, it really won't hurt it. just make sure you have the hole dug were you are moving it to ahead of time. hope this helps, and good luck
Reply:North facing ? Who advised you ? Some sun is essential for flower development and ripe growth. Why do you prune EVERY year. Allow climbing Roses to build a framework of branches, prune only for damage and shape.
Reply:Cut it back to approximately 3 feet. Prune all leaves and small branches. Transplant it to the west side of your house. Fertilize with Miracle Grow for roses according to the manufacturer's label. Keep it moist until established. Trim the bush every six weeks. Will flower on new growth. Hope this helps.
Reply:give it a good prune then dig it out ,and place it another position
Reply:The Rose Bush may need some sun. With it being on the North side it is not getting enough sun.
