Fragrant Rose Water?

How to make it?

I pour boiling water in rose patels, but I don't smell.

Do I need to pour cold water?

Do I need to put lots of rose petals?

Fragrant Rose Water?
Rose water is the remaining water after the oil has been removed by distillation. You will need LOTS of plant matter, a still and some time to do this. Rose water is so cheap compared to what you will need to do to get full rose water, not a rose infused water or tea, that I don't think the costs even compare.

You don't explain what you are using the rose water for. Some methods of extracting water soluble plant materials are better than others. Please put more info in your question so I can give you some specific ideas on what to do.
Reply:Try looking at the website below--it has a good recipe to making Rose water, maybe try that recipe and see if that works!
