Hayley Victoria-Rose? Keep hyphenated?

Hi this is Erika's boyfriend. she's sleeping right now lol.

my name choice for our daughter is Hayley Victoria-Rose and i'm not sure if we should hyphenate it or not?

Erika's choice is Scarlett Audrey, which i think is a really good name, and i hope we end up choosing it.

thank you

Hayley Victoria-Rose? Keep hyphenated?
Why don't you just choose Scarlett Audrey then, and you wouldn't have to worry about the hyphen? However, if you don't do this, I would go without the hyphen, or just pick one middle name. Hayley Rose is very pretty, as is Hayley Victoria. You don't need both.
Reply:The hyphen is not bad, but I'm not sure if it would cause problems when filling out paperwork or computerized documents. That is something I would look into if you are seriously considering.
Reply:Both names are absolutely adorable!!!

I am a huge fan of two middle names, its really a cute idea, only thing is when a child has two middle names you rarely hear them both. The hyphen looks cute, but it may be trouble in the long run, when it comes to filling out documents, state test, etc.... just something to thing about.

Hayley Victoria is also cute by itself, especially if both names have meaning/background for you guys....

Congratulations !!! :) and Good Luck!
Reply:I wouldn't keep it hypenated.

With Hayley Victoria Rose, she has two middle names, so in the future she can use either one of her middle names. I'm not a fan of hypenated names either, so I like Hayley Victoria Rose.

BTW, I really like the name Scarlett Audrey. It's such a pretty and elegant name. I like it better than Hayley Victoria Rose, no offence ;)
Reply:I like the Hyphen..
Reply:I say hyphen, it keeps it unique and that way she won't have 2 middle names if you choose it. Both pretty names :)
Reply:Hayley Victoria Rose without the hyphen is the best way but I have to say that I like the name Scarlett Audrey the best!!
Reply:My advice would be to not hyphenate. Scarlett Audrey is okay, but I know a not-very-nice person called Scarlett, so I couldn't use it (although Audrey was my grandmother's name). My parents had a similar problem before my brother was born. My mum wanted Anna-Olivia if he was a girl, and my dad hated the hyphen and wanted it to be Anna Olivia, but both names being the first name. Their problem was solved when a boy came along. I really like Olivia Rose, and I really don't want to hyphenate that, although that will probably be how other people spell it.

Hayley Victoria Rose is a beautiful name, and I think it flows better than if there was to be a hyphen in there. I think hyphens really throw people. It's probably safer not to use them and the child can put them in later in life if they really want to.
Reply:First of all...both are absolutely beautiful names!!

They all go together so well!

I don't think it's neccessary to hyphenate your choice, however. There's nothing wrong with having more than one middle name and personally, I just think hyphenated names look kind of weird (I mean it makes sense if you're doing two last names, but other than that). It wouldn't be nearly as pretty to write if it were hyphenated, either.

Hayley Victoria is pretty too (My niece's name is Victoria).

Whatever you decide, it will be beautiful! Congratulations and maybe someday you'll get to use both names anyway! :)
Reply:Hayley Victoria Rose
Reply:i really like scarlett audrey its cute, but if you go with the haley one, keep it hyphenated it looks cool
