My birthday is september 9th, and it has always been special to me, as i was born on my great grandmother's and my mother's birthday. they are both named rose and it is my middle name. sapphire is my birthstone which is why i want to get a sapphire rose with the italian writing "il nono settembre" underneath it.
The date, the rose and the stone mean alot to me, does it sound like a good idea? I am italian, if you were wondering.

The idea is great, I love it, but in Italian we say "nove settembre"; we use cardinal numbers for dates, not ordinal. It's also better not using the article (il), this time.
