Rose question please help 4 homework........?
OK:

1. Thornless, pink, scentless

2. Thorny, unknown color, sweet

3. Thorny, purple, scentless

Cross 2 x 3 and their thorny, purple, sweet-smelling progeny repeatedly until a thorny, purple, sweet-smelling rose is obtained which breeds true (gives only thorny, purple, sweet-smelling progeny). Do the same for 1 x 2 until you get thornless, pink, sweet-smelling.

Then cross these two pure-breeding hybrids until you get a purebred thornless, sweet-smelling purple rose.
