Rose color significance ?

Red rose, yellow rose, pink rose ... does the color specification matter ? What's suitable for Valentine's day 'n for Friendship day ?

Rose color significance ?
Roses come in a wide range of colors. Each different color has a different meaning. It sends a silent, yet extremely important message from the sender to receiver. Make sure you are sending the right message when you select roses for someone, else he or she will get the wrong message !!

red obvious.

yellow friendship.

pink.... errrr....

white... death...

Well, there was a story I once read...

A person wanted to tell someone that he loves her. So he gave her three roses.. One in full bloom, one that was partially opened and the other a bud.

These roses had their own meanings.

A full bloom one meant that she loved him too... love in full bloom.

A partially opened one meant that she wasn't ready.. maybe she loved him, maybe not.

A bud meant that she did not love him... friendship was better.

I'll leave you to speculate which flower she chose.
Reply:Only people on TV shows give a crap about that. Go with the yellow roses and pink roses if you're going for friendship, I guess... red is obviously deeper.
Reply:Valentine's Day, use red. Friendship day, use orange or pink. Yellow means goodbye.

Alternatively, get one of those funny ones dyed blue, my friend gave me one and I will never forget her for as long as I live.
Reply:Red is for romance.

they all have thier meanings.
Reply:White is for friendship, red for valentines
Reply:White- virginal purity and respect good ones for your mother

Pink- romance someone you like or have romantic interest in

Red-Lust or love someone you love or want to have sex with

Yellow- friendship...self explanatory

Hope this helps...
Reply:red rose for valentine and yellow for friendshipday
Reply:Go with her favourite colour or a mixture of all colours in a pretty bouquet with plenty of green to break up the design.
